Services
Individual Therapy: $125 per session; free initial consultation
Individual therapy, also known as talk therapy or psychotherapy, is a collaborative, one-on-one process between a trained professional and a client to treat mental health conditions, emotional issues, or personal struggles. It provides a confidential, safe environment to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, ultimately aiming to improve well-being, build coping skills, and encourage personal growth to promote your business, its products or its services.
Family Therapy: $125 per session minutes; free initial consultation
Family therapy is a type of short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy (often 9–12 sessions) designed to reduce distress and conflict by improving communication and interactions within a family system. It treats the family as a unit, addressing mental health disorders, substance abuse, or life transitions, rather than just treating one individual.
Couples Counseling: $125 per session
free initial consultation
As a neutral, licensed therapist I facilitate communication, identifying negative interaction patterns, and teaching skills for better conflict resolution and emotional connection.
Group Counseling: $30 per session
Group counseling is a form of psychotherapy where one or two mental health professionals lead a small group (typically 5–15 people) to address common challenges like depression, anxiety, or addiction in a confidential setting. It offers a cost-effective alternative to individual therapy, providing peer support, diverse perspectives, and a safe space to practice new social skills.
